Rizos Track Spotlight - Black

Description

DescriptionThe Rizos is a black track spotlight, with a cylindrical aluminium head held on a short stem beneath a track adapter. It is 18cm long and 16.5cm high, with a head 9cm across. At 0.6KG it is a slim, purposeful shape against a ceiling. The light source is an integrated LED at 3000K, a warm light that sits comfortably alongside table lamps and daylight in a home. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains power and is a light for dry indoor rooms.
Track spotlights earn their place where you want light exactly where it is needed: over a kitchen worktop, along a wall of framed prints, above a dining table or picking out shelves in a living room. The black finish suits contemporary and industrial rooms, and it looks just as deliberate against a white ceiling, where the cylinder becomes a crisp graphic line. Because the beam comes from a single directional head, several Rizos spotlights on one track let you light a long room in pools rather than flooding it, which feels warmer in the evening.
The body is aluminium, and aluminium is a light metal that does not rust. Inside the head, the LED sits set back behind a black inner cone, so the light source sits neatly within the cylinder. The LEDs are replaceable, so the spotlight carries on when the light source eventually needs renewing. There is no switch on the spotlight itself; it is switched at the wall. To keep the finish looking good, wipe it with a soft dry cloth once the light is off and cool. The installation instructions are available as a download.

How big is the spotlight?
It is 18cm long and 16.5cm high, with a cylindrical head 9cm across, and it weighs 0.6KG, so it sits neatly on a ceiling track.
Can the LEDs be replaced?
