Roccanova Solar LED Touch Table Lamp - White

Description

DescriptionThe Roccanova is a cordless solar table lamp in white steel, with a rounded drum shade, a slim stem and a flat disc base. It stands 30cm tall, with a shade 13.5cm across and a base 11cm across, so it sits comfortably on a small side table or a bistro table without crowding the plates and glasses. A solar panel set into the top of the shade powers an integrated LED of 2.8W, giving 270 lumens of warm light at 3000K. It is rated IP44, which means it is protected from splashing water, so it can live outdoors in the garden or on the patio.
Because there is no lead to trail, you can set it wherever the evening takes you: on the patio table, beside a garden sofa, on a balcony or along the edge of a raised planter. The panel charges from daylight and, as general guidance, it does best in an open, sunny spot, so give it a place that catches the sun during the day. It suits anyone who wants a soft pool of light for dinner outside or a quiet drink after work, without hunting for a socket. Indoors it works just as well on a sideboard or a bedside table, though like any solar lamp it still needs its daylight.
The body is steel in a smooth white finish, and the solar panel sits neatly within the rim of the shade, so the lamp looks tidy from every side. It is worked by a touch control, and it also has a USB port. Power is stored in a Li-ion battery of 1800mAh. It weighs 0.777KG packed, light enough to carry from the table to the windowsill and back. Installation instructions are available as a download, handy to keep for reference before its first evening outdoors.
