DescriptionWe stock the Basic Texture as a slim cylindrical pendant with a black marble-effect metal shade and an integrated 5W LED, so there is no separate bulb to buy. The marble-effect finish gives the look of natural stone veining on a lightweight metal shade, and the LED runs at 80 CRI for honest colour. It is made at a fixed colour temperature of 2700K warm white, 3000K neutral white or 4000K cool white, giving between 413 and 431 lumens depending on the option chosen.

The narrow vertical form suits kitchen islands, bar areas, dining tables and hallways where floor space is tight or where you want to hang several pendants in a row. Light spreads through a wide 180 degree beam, throwing most of it downward over a worktop or table while a softer wash lifts the surrounding area, which works well in contemporary, industrial and monochrome rooms. Hung as a cluster, a few of these cover the length of a run of counter evenly.

The pendant runs on 220 to 240V AC mains and is rated IP20 for dry indoor use, so keep it away from bathrooms and other damp spots. The LED is not dimmable and stays at a single output, and the fitting carries an F energy class. Because the LED is built in, the whole pendant is a single sealed unit with no lamp to replace over its life.

No. The integrated LED runs at a fixed output and is not dimmable, so we would not pair it with a dimmer switch.
