Palermo 2 LED Flush Ceiling Light - White

Description

DescriptionThis is a round LED flush ceiling light in white, with a steel body and a white plastic diffuser framed by bright chrome trim. It measures 28cm across and just 7cm deep, so it sits close to the ceiling and keeps a low profile in a room where headroom matters. The LED is integrated, drawing 15.6W and giving 1,900lm of light at 3000K, a warm light that feels comfortable rather than clinical. It is rated IP20, which means it belongs indoors in a dry room.
We would put it in a hallway, landing, bedroom, study or living room, anywhere you want a bright, even light spread across the room. Because it sits so flat, it suits low ceilings and smaller rooms where a pendant would get in the way. With 1,900lm from an integrated LED there is no bulb to buy or change, and the warm white tone sits happily alongside wood, painted walls and soft furnishings. The white and chrome finish is clean and neutral, so it fits a modern scheme as easily as a more traditional one, and it looks just as neat switched off as it does lit.
The body is steel, finished in white, and the shade is white plastic edged with chrome, which gives the bright rings around the side and the rim. The packed weight is 0.679KG. It is not dimmable and has no switch of its own, so you control it from the wall switch, and it suits a standard switch rather than a dimmer. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains, and as a fitting wired into the ceiling it should be installed by a qualified electrician. The installation instructions are available as a download, so it is worth having them to hand before the work begins.

No. It is rated IP20, which means it is for dry rooms indoors only, so we would not put it in a bathroom or anywhere near water.
How bright is it?
It gives 1,900lm from an integrated 15.6W LED, plenty to light a hallway, bedroom or living room evenly from the ceiling.
