Mini 8 Light Round Flush Ceiling Light - White

Description

Description
The Mini is a 700mm diameter flush ceiling light with eight E27 bulb fittings arranged behind an opal white acrylic diffuser, encircled by a white-finished aluminium frame. The 200mm depth from ceiling to base makes it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or lower where pendant lights would hang too low, while the 700mm diameter provides coverage for rooms up to approximately 20-25m².

Designed for living rooms, open-plan kitchen-diners, bedrooms and hallways where consistent ambient light is needed without ceiling intrusion, the Mini distributes light evenly across the room through the opal diffuser. The eight E27 sockets accept standard LED, halogen or filament bulbs (sold separately), giving control over colour temperature and brightness. When paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer, the fixture allows light levels to be adjusted from full brightness for task work to lower levels for evening relaxation.

The white aluminium frame sits flat against the ceiling with a shallow profile that reads as part of the ceiling plane rather than a projecting fitting. The opal acrylic diffuser softens the direct output from the bulbs and hides the lamp hardware when viewed from below. At 5.3kg the fixture requires secure fixing to ceiling joists or a suitable mounting plate, and the white finish pairs with both neutral and coloured wall schemes without creating visual conflict.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does it take and are they included?

The Mini takes eight E27 (Edison screw) bulbs, sold separately. We suggest pairing this with 6-10W LED bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) for ambient living room or bedroom lighting. Total wattage depends on the bulbs chosen.

Is it suitable for low ceilings?

Yes. The 200mm depth makes it one of the better options for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or lower, where pendant lights would hang into head space. The flush-mount design keeps the profile close to the ceiling.

Can it be dimmed?

Yes, when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The fixture itself supports dimming but requires both dimmable lamps and a suitable dimmer to function. Check bulb packaging for dimmer compatibility before purchasing.

What room size does the 700mm diameter suit?

The 700mm diameter and eight-bulb arrangement typically provide adequate coverage for rooms up to approximately 20-25m² (4.5m x 5m). Larger rooms may benefit from additional wall or floor lighting to avoid dark corners.
