Prolvarne Transformer - White

Description

DescriptionThe Prolvarne Transformer is a compact electronic transformer for low-voltage lighting, housed in a slim white plastic casing. It measures 11.3cm long, 4.4cm wide and 2.8cm high, which means it fits where space is tight and stays easy to keep out of view. Its wattage is given as a maximum of 0 to 70W or 0 to 40W, the figure that settles how much lamp load it will run. It is dimmable too.
We stock it for anyone running low-voltage lamps who needs a transformer to drive them, whether you are replacing one that has failed or planning lighting from scratch. Because it is dimmable, the lamps it powers can be turned down for a softer evening light, provided the dimmer suits the transformer. Add up the wattage of the lamps first: keeping the total within its rating is the simplest way to pick the right size of transformer for the job.
The casing is plastic in a clean white finish, and it weighs 0.157KG packed. A transformer that is wired in should be installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions come as a download, so your electrician has the

details to hand before the work starts. Saving a copy means you will have everything needed if the lighting is ever changed. Its light weight makes it easy to handle while it is being fitted.
