Livette LED Ceiling Light - Light Brown

Description

DescriptionThe Livette is an LED ceiling light built around a round canopy, with long, wavy arms that cross and intertwine as they reach out to either side. Each arm is lined with a white plastic diffuser over integrated LEDs, set against a light brown grained finish on a steel and aluminium body. It measures 110cm long, 16cm wide and 18.5cm high, so it spans a good stretch of ceiling without hanging low. The LEDs are integrated, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It is rated IP20, which means it is made for indoor, dry rooms.
With 37W giving 4,700lm at a warm 3000K, this is bright enough to serve as the main light in a living room, a dining room or a bedroom, and its length makes it a natural choice over a long dining table or sofa. The wavy, crossing lines give a plain ceiling some movement even by day, while the light brown tone sits comfortably with wood furniture, natural textiles and soft, earthy colour schemes. It suits anyone who wants a single fitting to light a whole room well, rather than relying on a cluster of lamps.
It runs on a 220-240V, 50/60Hz supply and has no switch of its own, so it is turned on and off at the wall switch. It is not dimmable, so it belongs on a standard switch rather than a dimmer. The energy class is E, and the packed weight is 1.228KG. As a wired mains light, it is installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions come as a download. Measure the spot first, so the 110cm span sits clear of nearby walls and beams.

Frequently AskedCan the Livette go in a bathroom?
No. It is rated IP20, which means it is made for indoor, dry rooms, so it belongs in living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms rather than a bathroom or outdoors.
How bright is the Livette?
It uses 37W of integrated LEDs to give 4,700lm at 3000K, a warm light that is bright enough to work as the main light in a room.
Is this ceiling light dimmable?
No, it is not dimmable. It has no switch of its own and is turned on and off at the wall switch, so a standard switch is the right partner.
How large is the Livette ceiling light?
It is 110cm long, 16cm wide and 18.5cm high, with a packed weight of 1.228KG, so it covers a long stretch of ceiling.
What finish does it have?
