DescriptionThe Frosmarne is a round LED flush ceiling light that sits close to the ceiling, 37cm across and just 7.5cm deep. A white plastic diffuser forms a gently domed centre. Around it runs a band of mocha-coloured steel in curved, overlapping segments, so the edge reads as a soft, broken ring rather than a plain rim. The LEDs are integrated, drawing 20W and giving 2,400lm at 3000K, a warm light. It is rated IP20, which settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms.
With so shallow a profile, it suits rooms with lower ceilings where a pendant would hang too close to heads, such as a hallway, a landing or a bedroom. Measuring 37cm wide, it gives a living room, study or dining room a broad spread of light from a single point, and 2,400lm is a good output for lighting the whole room rather than a single corner.
