Formanne LED Touch Table Lamp - Silver

Description

DescriptionThe Formanne is a slim LED touch table lamp in a silver finish, with an oval paddle head held on a straight, angled arm above a rounded-square base. The body is plastic, and the lamp stands 50cm tall, 15cm long and 10cm wide, so it takes up very little of a desk. The light comes from an integrated LED drawing 4.8W and giving 700lm at 4000K, a neutral light that suits reading and close work. It is rated IP20, which settles where it lives: indoors, in a dry room.
We think it is most at home on a study desk or in a home office, where the paddle head reaches over the work and casts its light down across papers and keyboard. It earns its place just as well on a bedside table, giving one reader their own pool of light without lighting the whole room. The compact base leaves space beside it for a laptop, a notebook and a mug of tea, and because the LED is integrated, there is no separate bulb to buy or fit. Students, home workers and anyone who reads late will get plenty of use from it.
Control is by touch: a light press on the touch button in the base controls the lamp and steps it through four levels of dimming, so you can move from full brightness for paperwork to a gentler glow late in the evening. It runs on 100-240V, 50/60Hz, and carries an energy class of D. The silver finish keeps the look clean and quiet beside a laptop or a pile of books. The installation instructions are available as a download. Set it up on the desk, give the base a tap and choose the level that suits the task.
