Thin Ring LED Floor Lamp - Brass

Description

DescriptionWe stock the Thin as a slimline reading floor lamp in a brass aluminium finish. A vertical stem rises from a circular base to an adjustable cylindrical head, and the integrated 14W LED gives 800 lumens of warm white light at 3000K through a wide 120 degree spread. It is dimmable and rated IP20 for indoor use, so it settles easily into a lounge or study without an overhead fitting.

We think of this as directed task light for a reading corner. The head pivots so you can angle the beam down onto a book or work surface next to an armchair or sofa, or tilt it to wash light up a wall for a softer feel in the evening. The upright stem keeps the footprint small, which helps in tighter rooms where a broader lamp would get in the way, and the brass tone works with both contemporary and mid-century schemes.

The lamp runs on 50Hz AC 220-240V mains and the LED is dimmable on a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately), so you can drop the output for ambient evenings or lift it for close reading. Light quality sits at 80 CRI for natural-looking colour, and the fitting carries a G energy rating. The head and base are made from aluminium in a brass finish.

Frequently AskedIs it dimmable?

Yes. The integrated 14W LED dims on a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately), so you can set it from full brightness for close reading down to a soft glow for the evening.

How bright is it and what colour is the light?

It gives 800 lumens at 3000K, a warm white, with an 80 CRI rating for natural-looking colour and a wide 120 degree beam that suits reading and general task light.

Can I adjust the direction of the light?

Yes. The cylindrical head pivots on the stem, so you can angle the beam down onto a book or work surface, or tilt it up to wash light across a wall.

Is it suitable for a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20 for indoor, dry rooms such as a lounge, study or bedroom, so we would not recommend it for a bathroom.
