Trasorne Table Lamp - White

Description

DescriptionThe Trasorne is a compact table lamp in white steel: a cylindrical head on a short arm, a slim upright stem and a flat rectangular base. It stands 38cm tall and is 16.5cm long at the base, so it takes very little room on a desk or a bedside table. The light source is a GU10 rated at 4.5W and 345lm, a modest, directed output that suits reading and close work rather than lighting a whole room. Its IP20 rating settles where it lives: indoors, in dry rooms, which is exactly where a desk lamp belongs.
We see it on a study desk, a bedside table or a home office shelf, anywhere you want light aimed at a page, a keyboard or a piece of handwork. The head angles on its joint, so you can point the beam down at your work or turn it towards the wall for a softer glow. The white finish sits quietly against pale walls and light wood, and it suits a small room where a bigger lamp would crowd the surface. For a student, a home worker or anyone short of desk space, that narrow footprint is the real gain.
The body is steel, and steel is strong and holds its shape well, which suits a stem as slim as this one. A cord switch on the cable lets you switch the lamp off and on again without reaching across the desk. It runs from a 220-240V, 50/60Hz supply and carries an energy class of F. Packed, it weighs 1.083KG. The installation instructions come as a download, so read them through before first use.
