Telbine Wall Light - Opal & White

Description

DescriptionThe Telbine Wall Light is a tall cylinder of matt opal glass held against a slim white steel backplate, a simple column of soft light for an indoor wall. It is 39cm long and 12.4cm wide, and it mounts upright, so it reads as a clean vertical line rather than a bulky fitting. Inside, it takes two E14 bulbs of up to 40W each. The bulbs are not included, which leaves the choice of colour and brightness to you. The IP20 rating settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms, away from steam and splashing water.
Opal glass diffuses light, so the glow spreads softly across the wall while the bulbs stay hidden from view. That makes it a kind choice either side of a bed, along a hallway or on a landing, and either side of a sofa or a fireplace in a living room. Fitted as a pair, it gives a room a calm, balanced look; on its own, it brings gentle light to a dark corner or a reading nook. The white body and white shade sit quietly against painted or textured walls, and the neutral finish suits modern and traditional rooms alike.
The body is steel, finished in white, and the shade is white matt opal glass. There is no switch on the light itself: it is switched at the wall, so you control it from a wall switch like any other wired light. As a wired mains light, it should be installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions come as a download. The packed weight is 0.99KG. Pick two E14 bulbs of 40W or less in the colour of light you prefer, warmer for a bedroom or cooler for a hallway, and it is ready to light the room.
